Swedish super sportscar manufacturer Koenigsegg is redesigning their front and rear hood release handles. Come up with something light, strong and beautiful. Light weight design Materials - aluminum or carbon fiber or both. Ergonomic - lever should be easy to grab
I choose this design for a few reasons. It is able to sit flush to the body panel and it replicates the headlight housing in design. It snaps into place and is held secure with a single screw. The latch cable is a quick attach keyhole design allowing for ease of manufacturing. Injection molded parts reduce cost
